A small leak was discovered in the Fin Fan in the Poly Unit so the unit was shut down immediately. It re-opened 10/18/2007. All the tubes were re-rolled and then hydrotested for additional leaks and none were found.

There were two NRC reports. The first said 2 bbl were released. The second said 50 were released and 40 bbl were in the water. The police report said 50 bbl were released, then changed that to 5 bbl and then to an estimated 8-12 bbl. Absorbent boom was placed to contain the spill.
