Actual Incident Report still needs to be found. There were two NRC reports. The first said 2 bbl were released. The second said 50 were released and 40 bbl were in the water. The police report said 50 bbl were released, then changed that to 5 bbl and then to an estimated 8-12 bbl. Absorbent boom was placed to contain the spill.
