Since the reactor section of the Unicracker Unit was shutdown as the result of this incident, will use same case number in any notifications regarding reportable emissions from the restart of the Unicracker Unit. CITGO is evaluating a project to route the non-condensable gas to a compressor on anoher unit for recovery and treatment. If the project is approved,it will be installed at the Unit's next scheduled turnaround.
