Notes: The faulty line was isolated and containment was placed under leak. Vacuum truck picked up standing liquid. Workers excavated affected soil and disposed of it at the industrial landfill facility. Motiva's recommended preventive measures are to shorten the inspection interval from 48 months to 36 months and replace the bellows at each inspection.
