Cause: On December 23, 2013, at approximately 3:39 pm, a dock worker reported oil in the water under the #2 berth. All dock operations were suspended and a clamp was installed on the line to stop the leak. Work is ongoing to complete a permanent repair prior to returning the line to service. In response to the spill, a tarp was deployed at the #2 berth to contain the oil.
