Cause: Over pressurization of #5 Boiler. High BTU liquid hydrocarbon present at boiler #5 lead to an explosive mixture in the boiler. Fire and smoke were witnessed during boiler start-up.

Notes: Systems stopped and re-started several times. Instrument technician was called in to perform repairs.
