On 11/2/12, compressor MC-02 discharge casing developed a leak.

Notes/Remedial Actions

Sealant was pumped into the casking to isolate the leak. After further evaluation, Exxon Chemical has determined that no RQs were exceeded. Approximately 211 pounds per day of flammable vapor, 32 pounds per day of ethylene, and 26 pounds per day of propylene were released as a result of this event.
