The LDEQ initially reports that a tubing leak in a unit released Hydrogen, Hydrogen Sulfide, and Diesel. However on 11/12/12, the facility reported a false alarm and reported that only water was leaking from the unit in question. The facility shut down the unit and investigated the root cause of the leak. No further action was taken after the false alarm was reported.
