Cause of Problem: Piping or Tubing
on 10/15/12 at approximately 09:54, EMCP had a tube leak in the RLA3 unit. A clamp was put on the leak, but there was still a small leak around the clamp.

Notes/Remedial Actions
Air monitoring showed 2000 ppm at the site of the leak. A clamp was placed on the leak but there is still a small leak arounf the clamp. No RQs were exceeded, and approximately 5.8 lbs of propylene were released as a result of the event.
