Flange leak on Unit 212, Reactor #2. Leaking hydrogen ignited and start a small fire that lasted for approximately 5 minutes. FIRE.

"Unknown at this time. The unit and associated equipment is new. All aspects of this incident are currently under investigation."

Notes/Remedial Actions

BRQ. No reportable quantities were exceeded during this incident. "Steam was increased around the leaking flange. This snuffed out the flame and cooled the flange sufficiently to stop the leak."
