Flange leak located on Unit 212 released hydrogen. The hydrogen self-ignited, since the Unit runs at a temperature above the auto-ignition temperature of hydrogen. Scaffolding caught on fire. Louisiana State Police Hazmat and LDEQ responded to the incident. FIRE.
