Exxon states the failure of the underground line was unexpected.
Notes/Remedial Actions
Exxon states that vacuum trucks removed oil. The contaminated soil will be disposed of properly. Clamp was placed on line until it can be permanently repaired. This release exceeded RQs for oil to soil.
