Notes/Remedial Actions
CRLLC immediately shut down discharge pumps and diverted the WWTP Clearwell effluent back to the API. The sheen dissipated immediately. CRLLC is performing additional visual and chemical analysis of the feed to the API. Once a shift CRLLC is collecting and analyzing samples and has reduced the drain rate of the feed to the WWTP.
