operator failed to turn off a waste water return pump resulting in an overflow of the Baker Tank
CRLLC revised the procedure and trained personnel that both pumps must be shut down when cleaning is not occurring. CRLLC is also requiring that 30 minute rounds be performed to check the levels in the Baker Frac Tanks. Area lighting was also improved to allow better monitoring of tank levels. Released liquids were recovered with a vacuum truck.
