Worker noticed oil sheen under the dock at #2 berth. A leak from the middle cluster drain pan allowed 7.9 gallons of oil to leak into the Mississippi River. The oil was contained between two pipes running at water level.
This incident is currently under investigation to determine root cause and prevent recurrence."
Absorbent pads and boom used to contain and clean up. This release is BRQ.
