Cause of Problem: Piping or Tubing
On may 9, 2009 at 8:30pm a refinery operator discovered a leak in the piping outlet of tank 325-1 which serves as the primary equalization tank. 10 gallons of Petroleum refinery primary oil/water/solids separation sludge was spilled.
Discharge Preventable - Under Investigation
Incident is under investigation.

Refinery personnel contained the spill and the line was repaired.
