There was a rain storm that lasted 1 hour and 15 minutes and produced 3.5 inches of rain. During this time, an estimated 1/8 of a gallon of oil was released into the treatment system and thus spilt through Outfall 003 into Callahan's Bayou. The oil sheen was 20'x30' and dissolved as it went with the current.
