Catalyst problems in the SRU (Sulfur recovery unit). discharging above the 37.1#/hr for SO2 permit on the unit. Three hour rolling 1300 ppm SO2 is exceeded. 1560 lbs excess S)2 discharged OVER the RQ in the last 96 Hours. 4 days, 890lbs/day = 3560lbs emitted.
