Cause: The chemical backed up into the nitrogen header from the intermobile container (ISO). The release was possibly the result of a failed valve. The blend's trade name is AZ-50, and includes trifluoroethyane and pentafluoroethane.

Notes: The refinery suspended activity for the day. At the time of the SPOC report, the refinery was uncertain whether or not the release reached RQ. Amount of Trifluoroethane and Pentafluoroethane released is unknown.
