2013-04-02		seal on unit pump, EFP-60A

Cause: On April 2, 2013 the Neo Acids unit pump, EFP-60A, seal developed a leak releasing approximately 50 gallons of therminol to the sewer. Of which approximately 110 pounds were biphenyl.

Followup: No

Notes: All of the material released remained in the liquid phase and no evaporation of the material occurred. After further evaluation, it was determined that no reportable quantities were exceeded.		110.0 pounds
