125901 2010-08-22 | North Ground Flare | Cause: Incident was the result of an electrical problem for the new production unit. A triplicated Triconex level indicator on the 1st stage suction drum malfunctioned, filled with liquid and tripped the wet gas compressor. Drum over-pressured which caused 205-PC-1511-V1 and V2 to open to the North Ground Flare. Released to air. Followup: No Notes: Reportable quantities for sulfur dioxide, hydrogen sulfide, and HRVOCs were exceeded.
