Cause: A slop oil line developed a leak.

Followup: No

Notes: Vacuum trucks brought in to extract as much slop oil from the ground as possible. All remaining stained soil was placed in a drum for disposal. Booms were placed in the ditch to contain the spill, which was then vacuumed. Any remaining slop oil was absorbed by the booms.
