Notes: Upon discovery, line between the tanks was removed from service and the transfer of paraxylene was stopped. All released liquids were recovered via vacuum truck for appropriate reprocessing. Impacted soil was excavated and containerized for disposal. Temporary clamp used to minimize the leak until a permanent clamp could be manufactured.		239.0 pounds
