100 Unit went off ratio because air control valve failed closed.
The steam leaving the TGCU exceeded the regulatory maximum 12 hour average of 10 ppm of hydrogen sulfide from 3pm to 11pm. Control Valve positioner was repaired. Air bypass valves are being installed on the 100 Unit turnaround. Release unpreventable because this is the first time it has happened and can only be installed while unit is down.
