Exchanger leak caused the H2S in the High Pressure Fuel Gas (HPFG) System to increase. This resulted in SO2 being released from all heater stacks on that system.
Investigating the root cause of the leak. Adjusted the pressure balance of the process as to not leak H2S into the Lean Amine System. Repair the heat exchangers at the next until shutdown.
