Oily water mixture blew out the West Sump while cleaning the No. 1 West load to offload kero to Sasol. The oily water came out of the North Sump Pump hole which was covered with a piece of ply board. The pump is out for repair. W

Kerosene spilled into the Cloney Loop of the Calcasieu River and caused light sheen. Absorber pad was put ninth he water to pick up any oil. Shut off the N2 valve to the load arm.
