Cause of Problem: Equipment Failure
No. 4/5 HDS Recycle Compressor, C-1202, motor tripped off-line. Could not reset the motor to restart the compressor and proceeded to shutdown both units. Per the emergency shutdown , they removed the charge from each unit and purges
