SFGR compressor shutdown from high pressure, due to FCC steaming and No 2 Coker going to blowdown early due to hitting a 94% source (drum level). Undetermined if Area A or B will be the one to calculate the volume of emissions.

Better coordination between areas when steaming equipment during T/A. Ensure coordination of high steam-out activity with coker drum switches. No excess emissions above permit limits, therefore notification only as courtesy.
