Notes/Remedial Actions
Leak occurred at York Ammonica System C-52A Condenser at C-4 Recovery Unit. Leaking tubes plugged and all tubes in heat exchanger are Seakaphen coated to resist corrosion. EXTREMELY HAZARDOUS.
