Spill of approximately 500 lbs of waxy crude at the East Rail Unloading area due to valves left open on unloading manifold.
Valves at unloading station left open while wax crude railcars were being unloaded resulting in spill.
Vacuum up free pro ducted that can't be recovered in process system and excavate contaminated soil for disposal. Manifested waste will disposed of in Woolworth Landfill pending test results. Estimated 800 cubic yards of material will be generated. Release value is unclear from reports. It is stated as 500 pounds in one part of the 7 day letter, and 500 barrels (21,000 pounds) in another part.
