Initial caller Doris Breckenridge indicates spill may be from storage tank #88. Subsequent call from Terry Chretien states that sheen is not from this facility, an assessment that is restated in Citgo's letter of 1/25/07. Boom with absorbent pads was used to soak up sheen. According to letter of 1/25/07, US Coast Guard surveyed the sheen on 1/19/07 and had no issues with the inciden
