A pinhole leak was discovered on a 6 inch fuel gas line going to the KDLA unit.
The release was caused by an unanticipated line leak.
An engineered clamp was installed over the leak. Area monitoring was conducted and all readings were below detection limits. Follow-up letter contained initial report with the addition of emission calculations for the event.
