According to the refinery letter, a 20" sewer line was damaged by a back hoe that resulted in a release of sewer water. 30 gallons and 250 pounds of refinery sewer water.

Notes/Remedial Actions
RQ.The amount of primary sludge released exceeded the reportable quantities of 1 lb. A pump was installed upstream of the release point to divert material to another sewer trunk line. The line will be repaired before returning to service and soil remediation is underway.
