LDEQ report states Unit 222 Gas Plant feed line developed leak. Caused was cracked pipe.

Report states incident was not preventable and pipe cracked because of metal fatigue.

Notes/Remedial Actions

RQ. Cracked pipe was replaced. State Police report indicates that the compressed flammable gas contained butane, methane, and propane. LDEQ and SPOC report only. No refinery letter included.
