LDEQ states that the facility staff believe that a leak developed in a reboiler on a depropanizer, causing a hydrogen sulfide leak of more than 100 pounds of hydrogen sulfide. In refinery letter, Exxon states that only 29 pounds of material were released which is BRQ.
