Cause of Problem: Maintenance/Procedures
Unicracker Unit was shutdown for repairs. Emissions occurred during repeated start up; - failure of seal on JP127 propane transfer pump significantly contributed to SO2 H2S emissions

Failure of propane transfer pump seal contributed to 12.300 pounds of SO@ and all of the H2S emissions.Incident recurring since 12/27/04. Performing RCFA to be completed.
