The level float column in the 1291 V 15 Sour Water Drum malfunctioned causing its level controller OLC 180 to open and caused a higher than normal rte of sour water and hydrocarban to inter the Sour Water Stripper Flash Drum v12.
The OLC 180 controller valve was manually closed and then re opened to establish a proper water level in the Sour Water Drum.
