Cause of Problem: Power Failure
Malfunction with the bus bar caused the main circuit breaker supplying power to the Crude Unit 191, Saturated Gas Unit 7991 and the WWTP to trip. The power interruption caused unit upsets at the Crude Unit and Hydrotreating Unit 292.
