Notes/Remedial Actions
Due to hurricane start up Tail Gas Treater Unit (TGT) and Sulfur Recovery Unit (SRU)started up at the same time, rather than with the TGT already running. This sent more gases than usual directly to the incinerator causing increased emissions. Units were stabilized.
