Fault in tank floor caused a leak in the bottom of the tank.
Water was pumped into the tank in an effort to keep the naphtha level in the tank above the leak. A vacuum truck and pumps were deloyed to recover spilled naphtha on the gound. Contaminated soil was excavated and disposed of off site. No samples taken by LDEQ investigator.
