operator over-adjusted flow to the inter-stage cooler after receiving a high temperature alarm on the Process Gas Compressor
When PGC lost suction, the board operator immediately directed the outside gas operator to decrease the cooling water flow. The intercooler temperature returned to normal operating range and the PGC was able to compress and pump the process gases again
