number 2 prefrac bottoms stream line to TK61 was leaking due to a hole in the pipe. Maphtha migrated across sOil and accumulated in an onsite concrete drain pipe.
Line was isolated and released material was contained within refinery property and recovered for proper handling. Excavated sOils were containerized and stored on site. Put in place a piping inspecion program to routinely assess and inspect pipes in order to reduce the likelihood of an incident occurring due to the same root cause.
