This incident was not preventable because the fin fan cooler was within its serviceable life. Remedial Measures - the cooler components will be inspected and repaired or replaced, as appropriate. NOTE: there were two separate leaks within the same time period each occurring on the separately listed sources. ExxonMobil's report has combined the total amount of flammable vapors. The reportable quantity for flammable vapor has been exceeded
