the MEA from the scrubber was temporarily diverted to the slop system where it would not cause additional upsets. The tail gas from the tail gas clean up unit was diverted to the incinerators to reduce hydrogen sulfide emissions; the procedures for removing the absorber tower from service will be updated to reflect the potential to have hydrocarbon condense in the MEA system; . Air monitoring completed outside facility.
